Portland Consulting, LLC is a woman – veteran owned company created in 2002 that specializes in problem solving and project management services.
The president, Sandy Potts, created a company that can assist organizations in operational development and business processes. These services can assist clients in finding ways to obtain a more structured process, identify areas in their operation that need improvements, and assist in finding those solutions that will work for everyone in the supply chain process.
Sandy has a broad knowledge in various operational areas and over 20 years experience in the supply chain industry. These skills were obtained while employed in Military, Aircraft, Food, Industrial, OTC-Consumer Care, Pharmaceutical, Bio-Pharmaceutical, Contract Manufacturing and Government organizations.
These experiences have given Sandy a wide range of knowledge in the different ways organizations operate and the dynamics that occur within groups.
