Portland Consulting, LLC can also offer staff augmentation to an organization, depending on the customer requirement. As permanent job positions become limited, contracting temporary help may become necessary.
We provide outsourcing solutions through our normal services by working with independent consultants, but also provide temporary contractors to meet our customer’s business objectives by providing staffing for a project.
We may evaluate our independent consultants and leverage existing resources as well as utilize contract workers we know are looking for employment. Our contractors work under 1099 status.
Our candidates are generally considered from the Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia, and West Virginia area. Specialty areas will be in administrative, business, procurement, IT and engineering.
